Condition & Reports

• All pieces are vintage, antique, or studio-modified and may show age-consistent wear.
• We strive to provide honest condition notes; additional photos/video/notes available on request.
• Formal written condition reports are available prior to purchase.

Authenticity

• Attribution and dating are made in good faith based on research, expertise, and oral/written provenance.
• Where applicable, provenance details will be disclosed.
• We stand behind the authenticity and description of each item as represented.

Payment

• All major credit cards accepted.
• Sales tax collected where required by law.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping & Handling

• White-glove delivery is available nationwide and internationally via insured fine-art/furniture carriers.
• Shipping quotes are item-specific and based on size, weight, value, destination, and access conditions.
• Buyer is responsible for verifying delivery access (stairs, elevators, doorways) prior to shipment.
• Packaging is performed to professional standards appropriate to the item’s materials and finish.

Transit, Insurance & Damage

• All shipments include carrier liability or third-party insurance commensurate with declared value.
• Inspect items upon delivery; note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of receipt.
• Notify us within 48 hours with photos/video so we can assist with claims and resolution.

Returns & Cancellations

• All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
• If a return is approved, buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance; items must be received in original condition.
• Custom studio work, special orders, and upholstery are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Lead Times

• In-stock pieces typically dispatch within 7–14 days after cleared funds and scheduling with carrier.
• Studio restorations or modifications may add 2–8 weeks depending on scope.

Trade & Consignment

• Design trade terms available to qualified professionals; please inquire with resale certificate.
• Consignment agreements outline commission, term, pricing authority, and insurance responsibility.

Privacy

We respect client confidentiality. Contact information is used solely to fulfill inquiries, proposals, and transactions unless you opt in to updates.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order or invoice payment, buyer acknowledges and agrees to these policies. Any variance must be confirmed in writing by The Drawing Room.
